Officially breaking ground at 2116 Nicollet
Phew! It’s been a busy few weeks at Alliance.
September 30 2026
Along with MPLS Homes 2026 we officially broke ground on 2116 Nicollet on September 16. We gathered with a small group of funders, elected officials, and project partners to celebrate all the hard work that brought the project to construction.
We’re already looking forward to a larger Grand Opening celebration after the building opens in late 2027. Until then, we’ll keep you updated as construction moves along! Thank you to the partners who helped us reach this exciting milestone.
