Kyle Garden Square

Kyle Garden Square is community designed for individuals 18 and above who have faced homelessness. Located in Elliot Park, the building has 59 homes (28 one-bedroom and 31 studio apartments). Touchstone Mental Health provides personalized 24-hour on-site services that are optional to residents with a focus on person-centered planning and community integration. Property management is provided by Property Solutions & Services.

The building has card operated laundry facilities and bike storage on the first floor. Each unit has its own heat and air conditioning. A community room with kitchen facilities is available on the first floor, and the building surrounds an inner courtyard with outdoor space.

Located adjacent to Hennepin County Medical Center and U.S. Bank, the building is located near both employment opportunities and public transit.
